You must be of legal age to purchase in your jurisdiction.
If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity under your login.
Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information at checkout.
2. Orders, Pricing & Payment
An order is an offer to buy; we may accept, decline, or cancel (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors). If payment was captured for a cancelled order, we will refund you.
Prices and availability may change without notice. Taxes and import duties may apply depending on your location.
Payments are processed by secure third‑party providers; we don’t store full card details.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Timeframes vary by destination and carrier.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Opened essential oils are generally not returnable unless defective or we shipped the wrong item.
5. After‑Sales Service — One‑Year Limited Warranty
Coverage: Zenware aromatherapy/incense machines are covered by a one‑year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
Remedies: At our discretion, we may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, a repair, a replacement unit, or a refund. We may require the product’s return for inspection.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse or improper maintenance/cleaning, use with substances not intended for the device (e.g., adding oils to a water‑only humidifier), damage from power issues (wrong voltage/surges), or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
Consumables: Essential oils are consumables and are not covered by the device warranty. If an oil arrives damaged/leaking or appears defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to claim: Email zenware@aromatherapyworld.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.
6. Safety, Use & Health Disclaimers
Essential oils are highly concentrated. Do not ingest. Keep away from children and pets. Avoid eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
For topical use, always dilute with a suitable carrier oil and patch‑test first. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
Some oils may not be suitable around infants, young children, pregnant individuals, or certain pets. Ensure good ventilation and monitor closely.
Follow your device manual. Some devices are water‑only; adding oils can damage them and void the warranty.
Information on the Site is for general wellness only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, and software) is owned by or licensed to Zenware and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. User Content (Reviews, Comments)
If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Zenware a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on the Site and in marketing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights to any content you submit and it must not be unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable export, sanctions, or customs laws;
Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or integrity;
Reverse engineer the Site or misuse our intellectual property;
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
10. Third‑Party Services & Links
We may link to or integrate third‑party services (e.g., payment processors, carriers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly set out in these Terms and in our one‑year device warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenware, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenware from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in China, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Nothing here limits any non‑waivable rights you may have under such laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
