I. Shipping Responsibility (for Refund/Return Situations)
If the reason for the refund/return is seller‑responsible (e.g., product quality issue, wrong item sent), Zenware covers applicable shipping costs for the return or replacement.
If the reason is buyer‑responsible (e.g., dislike, not a fit for your needs), the buyer covers shipping costs for the return.

II. Shipping Policy Guidelines
1) Shipping Time
Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment (business days). Orders placed over weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
2) Methods, Regions & Carriers
We ship worldwide via reliable international carriers. The available method(s) for your address are shown at checkout.
3) Shipping Fees
Aromatherapy/Incense Machines (Diffusers):
Express delivery fee is covered by the seller. You pay $0 shipping for diffusers.
Essential Oils:
1–5 bottles: $10 flat shipping per order.
6+ bottles: shipping is covered by the buyer. At checkout you’ll see the actual carrier rate calculated by destination and weight.
Mixed carts (diffuser + oils):
The diffuser ships free.
Oils ship per the rules above (e.g., $10 for 1–5 bottles; carrier‑calculated rate for 6+ bottles).
Note: Any local duties/taxes charged by customs are separate from shipping fees (see Customs & Taxes below).
4) Tracking Information
We provide an accurate tracking number for every shipment so you can follow your package.
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating.
5) Address Accuracy & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We can’t reroute parcels once in transit.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus original shipping costs.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Import duties, VAT/GST, and fees may be charged by your local authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, we can refund the product price (once the parcel returns to us) minus shipping and any carrier return fees.
7) Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, and any customs processing. An estimated window is shown at checkout.
During peak seasons or unexpected carrier disruptions, delivery may take longer than usual.
8) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days beyond the estimated window, contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
For damaged items, email photos of the packaging, label, and product within 7 days of delivery so we can assist quickly.
Examples (for clarity)
You buy 1 diffuser + 3 bottles of oil: Diffuser ships free; oils ship for $10 flat (total shipping $10).
You buy 8 bottles of oil (no diffuser): Buyer pays carrier‑calculated shipping at checkout.
You return a diffuser because it’s defective: Seller covers the return shipping.
You return oils because you don’t like the scent: Buyer covers the return shipping (see Refund Policy for eligibility of opened bottles).
